How it works

1. We probe with a real MCP handshake

   initialize → notifications/initialized → tools/list, the way a real client connects. Outcomes are classified honestly: auth-gated is reachable, not down.

2. Every schema change is digested and logged

   Each tool's contract fields are canonicalized and SHA-256 digested. When the digest drifts, the tool-by-tool diff lands in the changelog with a timestamp.

3. Claim your server
